How will RMT impact players who opt for Merchants Guild?

I am relatively happy with the compromise EHG made with CoF and the MG. However, I still worry that there will be issues with RMT. To this end, I have two questions.

Are you concerned about RMT?

How much of a focus would you want/expect for preventing RMT?

For anyone wondering how it would be possible, with the current explained system, it's pretty easy since you can look for specific items. E.g., List your bad item with specific rolls, RMT gold seller buys it for what you list it at.
