For those balancing work and family life, what are your study routines like?

Basically what it says on the tin. I study in short spurs if I have some quiet time to focus. However, lately I’ve been feeling like I’m barely, if at all, moving the needle.

Reading about study strategies here, it’s common to read that people spend hours a day immersing, etc. For those that don’t have that type of time to dedicate specifically to language study, how do y’all manage?
