Outfit help - new to Lolita

Hi!!! I’m new here and need some help - actually more for lolita cosplay but that’s really an excuse for me to wear it…

I was browsing on 42Lolita (site recommended by the sub as I’d rather not proxy right now) and found these pieces pictured above. I am trying to roughly recreate the doll character’s outfit in the bottom right. It’s a floor/ankle length red dress essentially.

I was wondering if the red dress would work with that red blouse underneath to recreate the effect of the character (green given for neckline as the res is photographed with additional sleeves and I could get a oic without them)

I also haven’t looked at headresses, petticoats or other accessories for the outfit yet - thought I’d get the dress part sorted first

any advice or alternatives are much appreciated! Ty in advance!!
