Strategies for soloing Illuminate missions?

I've soloed a few Illuminate missions and done alright, but I find the hordes of Voteless make the cities brutal. They're never-ending and they come out of every crack and alley, makes going for the objectives there difficult. Have you guys developed any loadouts/strategies for solo missions?
