Script (USA)

Does anyone’s store have a super strict script where you need to hit allllllll these selling points?

Ours is kinda “welcome to McDonald’s will you be using your mobile app?” If they say yes enter code then next part if they say no skip to next part.

“We have our (refreshers, fifa, apple pies) today. How may I start your order?”

After every thing (sandwich, nuggets) “as a large meal—with a coke?” (I feel like this angers people but ig they’re avoiding open questions which I have noticed people prefer)

Then try to presell the items before again

After every pause it’s “may I continue with your order?”

I feel the way my store runs is every “act like a robot” and I have too much personality but maybe it’s just me 🤣🤣

Then I guess I’m supposed to read the whole thing back and again at the window.

Apparently I keep getting dinged and retrained even though I’m one of this towns favourite drive thru person (I get a lot of customer compliments about my voice and customer service)
