Mellow Mushroom in Phoenix

Took my wife to the Mellow Mushroom on the north end of Phoenix, it was her first time going to one (we live near Chicago and there are NONE near us). We tried their new rolls which were great, I had my favorite, the BBQ chicken pizza, and my wife tried the veggie one with vegan cheese.

It was so great, I need to convince someone to open one somewhere in northern IL.
