Will On-Demand Billing (F0) work for Power BI semantic models? Are there any semantic model size limits?
Currently, Power BI Semantic Models are often the determining factor for what F SKU size our Fabric capacity needs, due to SKU level semantic model row number limit or memory limit.
Simply put, even if we only use 30% of the CUs on an F16, we can't move down to an F8 due to semantic model size limits.
I'm wondering if the F0 capacities will solve this for us?

Can the on-demand billing F0 capacities, which were recently announced, host semantic models of any size?
Or will we still need to buy a traditional capactiy (F16/F32/F64/etc.) to host Power BI semantic models?
I'm also curious what the PAYG price multiplier will be for Power BI Semantic Models:
> Pricing uses a multiplier of the pay-as-you-go capacity price, which can vary by billing category.
Thanks in advance!
