SMP lightly modded Java servers?

Hello, my name is Pico! I'm 20 years old casual player that has only time to play on sundays lol. I am looking for a SMP server with some QoL mods (or even vanilla) to join and make friends. I was hoping for a server that's new or is just begining, although i would also like to play in older servers (just not too crowded ones). Preferably 18+ aswell. Thanks and goodnight!
