Are rebuilt title Evos worth buying as a daily?

How well do rebuilt title Evos actually hold value long term? Specifically Evo 8/9s since the market on them still seems pretty strong.

I’m considering buying/trading for a built Evo 9 with a rebuilt title and wanted to hear from people who have owned one or tried selling one later on.

A few things I’m wondering: Do rebuilt title Evos still keep decent value compared to other rebuilt cars?

Are they hard to insure or sell later?

How reliable are they as a daily if they’re properly maintained and tuned?

Does a built motor/big turbo setup make ownership way more of a headache?

What’s considered “too modified” for a daily-driven Evo? I know clean-title cars are obviously preferred, but clean Evo 9 prices are getting crazy.

Would love to hear real ownership experiences, especially from anyone daily driving one.
