Game stuck on endless loading

Hi, Since yday morning I've had this problem that the game is stuck in an endless loading upon activation and it's persisting. I first met this problem when I went to Bahamut lagoon and seems that it's not going away. I'm also waiting a reponse from the support team for a similar problem which was localized in the crystal of binding zone for Princess Sarah part of the story in the prologye map btw. So I ask if there's anything I can do or if anyone has ideas how to solve this problem I'm playing on the steam client btw
