Was Godzilla locked in or just bloodlusted during the Hong Kong fight compared to the Egypt one?

For the Egypt one, I would have said (*could be wrong*) he was bloodlusted because he just kept running straight towards Kong without even thinking once which then led to him being uppercut, punched multiple times, then apparently knocked out, then being dragged by his tail.

Then for the Hong Kong Fight, I would assume he just locked in after his ego was shattered from being hit from the axe while also switching to crawling on all fours to get closer to Kong after he dislocated his arm.
