Nintendo Switch 2 Progression Bug?

I've been really enjoying Mouse PI and think I am getting towards the end. However, this is my second time defeating Ze Professor in "Glugging from the Deep" and going back to the Office to have 0 missions to do. I've previously had this issue and tried loading a previous save file but this issue is still persisting. Has anyone else dealt with this?
