Is the sandwich now the only item?

I've played a little bit since the game came back. I'm still having fun with it but totally agree with a lot of the criticism about monetization and the changes made to the game.

One change in confused about that I haven't seen anyone mention is... Are there any other items in the game anymore besides Shaggy's sandwich? Playing Bugs in the beta, his safe and Acme box would also spawn other items like dynamite or a Meeseeks box, but in the full game I've only ever gotten the sandwich, 100% of the time. Has anyone seen any other items spawn?
