Hou bucks Reddit and builds around Amen and Sengun with LAL, NOP and Chi

Hou - Adds shooting and playmaking. Reaves (S&T for 30-35m), Murphy and KD will provide plenty of spacing around Amen and Sengun. Also shed 10m-ish in salary to bring back Eason and have some of the MLE to add more.

LAL - Only do it if they're bringing back Lebron. Add the 3&D+ wing/forward they need along with a 6th man and athletic, defensive backup center with potential that NOP doesn't seem to want.

NOP - Gets 2 likely lottery picks and a wildcard pick along with short term veteran wings that maybe they can rehab DFS value and get something for him.

Chi - Finally embraces the rebuild and uses their cap space to get a frp for an expiring.
