My nanny quit right before holidays and I am frustrated

As the title say. She did give a 2 week notice over email (we are away) for “personal reasons”.

This is a person who made close to $80k in 11 months she worked for me, watching one child, never being required to do any non-child chores and having 10 holidays and 15 paid vacation days per year. I actually bought her a christmas present and was going to give her a bonus when I returned home, so I guess that timing just saved me a couple of grand so there’s silver lining.

WTF do people even require to be happy these days? No seriously what other job pays that much for a person with no hard skills of any sort in freaking Utah?

F her. Rant over.
