6 month old getting hit hard with daycare illnesses

Originally was supposed to have a vacation day from work so I could go to a couple appts and find some clothes that actually fit me...baby girl said I'm not allowed to do that and spiked a 101.6 fever last night. Got her into the doctor today and found out she has parainfluenza A, RSV and bronchiolitis 😭 she's not fussy at all but she definitely doesn't feel good and I feel so awful for her. My husband has been sick as hell along with her the past 2 weeks and I honestly have no idea how I've avoided getting sick so far
