Why aren't the nutjobs saying cyclosporiasis is a hoax like they did with Covid?

Covid killed hundreds of thousands and a bunch of people still deny it ever existed. I still remember everyone brushing it off as "just a flu". Now there's this parasite that causes diarrhea, but no deaths (yet), but it seems like everyone accepts it's a real threat. Wearing a mask was too much, but swearing off all fruits and vegetables is ok?
