If Scandinavia has been widely considered to be the best place on Earth to live, why aren't countries around the world striving to model their governments similarly?

Many sources and reports label Scandinavian countries as being the happiest places on Earth, having the lowest income inequality, lowest level of corruption, having arguably the best prison system with the lowest reoffending rates, some of the best school systems and healthcare systems, and some of the best protections for workers.

So then, why are we not all trying to model our government after theirs? I understand that third world countries face dictators and corrupt governments where this would be impossible, but this question is especially directed at other first world countries.

\*and yes, scandinavian countries do still face corruption and their own problems, i am not trying to say they are some perfect utopian haven.
