Can your OC beat Tsarmini? (Stats Equalized)

For this, I’ll be sticking to information presented within [Project Anemoia](https://docs.google.com/document/d/1XEwdt61oyWHwyTFPWRsrtiKoxXXR6z6_GnfT7YeWaB4/edit?usp=drivesdk) as closely as possible, and reading it in full should give you a pretty good idea of what she’s capable of.

For a tl;dr, though:

Tsarmini is a well-respected member of Anemoia, Those Who Long for a World They’ve Never Known. In the case of the Resplendent Simulacra, that means rebelling against the cosmic order whereby the stories of all beings are fixed long before they are born. **This makes Tsarmini something of a confounding variable, altering plot and fate through her every action within a story.**

EDIT: To be clear, this refers to altering an already-written story from a higher entity. Tsarmini does not have plot manipulation.

As for what those actions are, **Tsarmini is a swordswoman**—**the best that’s ever been.** Which, considering she lives in a cosmos where all that can be imagined is systematically made real, certainly says something. She wields the sword **Sternklinge**, Blade of the Stars, which is formed from an entire universe whenever she might need it, and is described in detail in slide 2.

Her other known power is **Stellar Regolith: Accretion Disk, a trailing energy that can completely consume anything it makes contact with, making it as if it had never existed.**

Oh, and Tsarmini has good eyes. She could deduce the general functions and limitations of Rakshasi’s Stellar Regolith just from looking at her, and should generally be capable of detecting most normally-invisible supernatural phenomena.

Tsarmini doesn’t have a ton of concrete showings in terms of stats in Project Anemoia thus far. You can make wildly varying arguments, hence my equalizing stats.

So, can your OC measure up? Or will they fall like the rest?
