Can your OC defeat Eve natsumi ( MY OC ) - Level 3

Strength: Eve's raw power is enough to cause earth quakes and lift over 150k - 300k tons if not more with energy boost, her raw strikes are too powerful she creates shockwaves with her punches

Speed: average speed mach 1.5 mach - 3 mach - top speed mach 9 ( unlike emma and olivia, eve is strong enough to reach to mach 9 without her leg breaking so she won't have to keep healing herself like olivia or emma )

Iq: Very smart, she was able to create her own ( skull ) ability when she was only 10

Battle iq: Eve doesn't know martial arts she uses brutal strength in her fights

experience: she is 30 years old, but she really have good experience fighting electro users or hunters, or even magical beasts, eve has killed over 150k humans currently

stamina: she can fight for 10 days nonstop if she uses her energy in a smart way as usual of course

durability: she can tank multi city block attacks to even large mountain attacks without using energy to tank it, she can tank small - mid island attacks too but that if she uses her energy which will cause the energy to be burnt, she has immunity to poison as well



Abilities: she uses purple lightning manipulation ( Purple lightning has crazy poison in it, every attack has a poison ), in my world energy works as mana but better, she can cover her body with it to tank attacks or even cover it in some parts of her body where the attack is coming she can also use it on her punches or kicks, or boost her lightning attacks, her lightning strikes ranges from building levels to city level, the speed of her attacks is 35% speed of light, purple lightning has mid speed compared to other lightning colors

Hax: She has immunity to poison, her skulls poison work as a worm, when the enemy gets hit by it they get poisoned but if the enemy has immunity to poison there is another problem, there are dark worms get inside of u and try to reach to ur brain to kill you or even your heart

Note: if your character has healing it won't be able to heal urself from the poison but it can stop it, for example u have to keep using the healing nonstop so the poison doesn't work, when u stop healing the poison will start working again, u have to at least keep healing urself for an hour after the fight to fully destroy the poison but if u keep getting hit more with poison they stack up and it makes ur healing a bit useless

Healing: she can use her energy to heal surface wounds or even regrow a limb, but also unlike emma she can heal herself more and regen easier and faster than emma , since she has better controlling over her energy than emma and even olivia combined

AP: Large city

DC: a country level ( her poison could work as a virus and start spreading everywhere, its not really destruction but its enough to kill a whole country if they don't deal with it fast )

Note for the skulls: she can create electro skulls, that follows the enemy she doesn't have to aim it, they just keep following you in mach 10 - 15, if they land they explode with energy, poison and invisible micro worms, she can only make them by landing strikes on you with her normal attacks, everytime she lands an attack she gets a skull, she can use that skull to boost her poison or her AOE attacks or the AC or AP
