What is going on with Ted Yoho insulting AOC? What are they fighting about that led to this altercation?

A few days ago I saw this (https://redd.it/hwq6vy) reddit post with a speech from AOC about how women are treated. Searching around I discovered Ted Yoho had insulted AOC using some rather vulgar language that he later apologized for (in which AOC responded with the video above.)

What are AOC and Ted fighting about that Yoho is being so hostile about?
