What’s up with there being two popular subreddits about Public Freakouts, and has one always skewed towards conservative politics? Is that why it exists?

Honest question. I’ve watched videos I found funny on both r/publicfreakout and r/actualpublicfreakouts but lately the latter seems to be mainly posting stuff that’s anti-BLM/pro-trump? I noticed it specifically in this post that isn’t just describing a public freak out but taking an angle:

Any comments in any way dissenting from this stuff seem to get downvoted away also. Did this sub start like this? How/why did it occur? Thanks in advance for any insight.
