Warcry Stacking Rage Vortex with Bob & Spectres

Pretty much how I feel everytime I min max this build; every league

This league however; I explored spectres for the first time; last league with the introduction of Companionship I got into the Animate Guardian (BOB) rabbit hole; this league I went into the spectres.

I have a build overview soon; but just wanted to get this out here.
