New Build; No Display

CPU: Intel i9-14900KF LGA 1700 Motherboard: Asus ROG STRIX Z790-E GAMING WIFI II ATX LGA1700 RAM: Trident Z5 RGB 16 GB x 2 DDR5-6000 PSU: Corsair RM1000x Case: Corsair 4000D Airflow GPU: AMD Radeon RX 7900 RTX XTX

Recently put this together and I get no output to the display. Sitting on $2.5 K of components here. So, I'd take any advice any of you have, please.

It's my second build. My first build lasted 10-15 years. I have an SSD 2.5" Samsung with Windows 10 on it I was going to upgrade once I got it booted up. Additional memory of a 4 TB and 8 TB Seagate HDD. No such luck. Any and all advice welcome and appreciated. I'm desperate.

LEDs everywhere light up fine and HDDs spin, coolant pump runs. I just get no display.
