what are some recommendations for sata ssd in my pc?

my current specs:

gpu: 1070 ti

cpu: 5700x

mobo: asus tuf b450m plus gaming

ram: t-group 2x16 3200

PSU (not really important here but whatever): tx 550m

OS SSD: kioxia 1tb nvme

secondary storage 1: 1tb 7200rpm hdd

secondary storage 2: 2tb 5400rpm hdd

so basically i want to upgrade by either replacing one of my hdd's with a sata ssd, or just add another drive to the build.

im trying to stay within a budget of around 100$ and am thinking of either one or two 1tb drives or one 2tb drive.

what are your guy's recommendations and such?

thanks in advance hopefully.
