Rage surfacing in unexpected places...

Feeling like a different person since I had my fibroid removed (submucosal, prolapsing, basically a horror movie monster that a genius surgeon removed painlessly via hysteroscopy while I was fully awake). I'm less anemic than I was, and since my then-undiagnosed diabetes caused me to lose weight, my self-image is improving.

Feeling better has come with unexpected consequences, though. While I have tattoos, none of them were impulse decisions and, critically, none of them say "F*** the Patriarchy" (without the asterisks). I have medical clearance, it's booked in for the start of April and I feel GREAT.
