Is it even possible to separate this photo of my grandmother and my sister in this double exposure?

I don't care about the superimposed image of the store and sales clerk- I just want to know if the original image can be extracted. Don't spend a lot of time on this- I just want to know if it's possible with an AI tool or Photoshop. Thanks.
