Can’t buy 12 month sub in PS Store.

Trying to buy PS NOW 12 month sub and it won’t let me. Shows “This product can’t be purchased right now”. I can buy the 1 and 3 month subs. Currently it is 25% off in the ps store and sale ends Dec 9. Thought I would give PS now a try. Any ideas on the issue?
