Does this book from UltraKill upscale the verse in anyway?

Was watching a UK lore video and saw all this extra dimensional talk and so my powerscaling brain started to think if this actually gives the verse decent cosmology. I'm too geeked and honestly haven't touched high tier powerscaling in long time to put enough thought into it though so what do yall think. For context this is hell itself talking so its more then likely a valid source.
