Have to let my frustration out about the Gnut fudion.

I wanted to do the Gnut fusion. I did every event, got every char until the fire knight tournament. I got the requirements to get the last Riab but it didn't appear because my roster was full, so it got in the mail. I made room for him, then he disappeared somehow. Yeah game was buggy at the time, but I didn't thought that could happen. I contacted the support. It took them 3 days to answer. Their answer was like a punch in the face. They said they only can see 6 Riabs in their logs. What I did point out to be Bs because I still hade 7 of them. They took their sweet time to answer. The answer was, I shouldn't be sorry about that, I still have time and the chance to get a Riab out of shards. Wtf. I mean I tried in panic mode to get one, but I had no luck. I opened 1400 green and my last 25 blue ones. Not just that I didn't got Gnut, I also lost nearly all my resources for nearly nothing useful. Yeah I got a couple "useful" epics from the shards but nothing nearly game Changing. I feel robbed...
