[Help] Loadout Items Disappeared (modded game)

I started playing with mods again (on the latest version of the game) and one thing I never noticed before was the disappearance of a few items from the loadout menu, namely the GPNVGs and the breaching shotgun (maybe there are more).

Before I start removing paks to check what causes them to disappear, I wanted to make sure first with others that this is something known, and whether it's a game issue or a mod issue.

The mods I'm currently using are:
