Anyone have a reduction with built in support?

Did anyone have a reduction that included an internal bra or mesh to support the new breasts? I know this is sometimes done and I am curious about how it turns out. I have noticed after years of dreaming and following this sub that many reductions (particularly the ones where more breast tissue is left in place) seem to "bottom out" over time, creating a lot of lower fullness and a very high nipple. I'm curious if built in support might prevent this issue.
