Stocking Advice

I'm starting my first saltwater tank. It's a 30 gallon, so I was wondering if what I wanted to stock would be a reasonable bioload.

* 2 clown fish *1 emerald crab *1 peppermint shrimp *2 blue legged hermit *2 nassarius snail *2 cerith snail *2 trochus snail *1 turbo snail *1 skunk cleaner shrimp *Purple Firefish * Pink Streaked Wrasse *Feather Duster

I'd also like to know if I should introduce the clowns first or last since I've seen that they can be territorial. Or is that just a case by case thing depending on each fish's personality?
