Can't see the full UI on a smaller screen?

I've tried every combination of resolution changes on my monitor and resolution changes in rimworld and it's the same problem no matter what. My big screen took a fall and isn't working right anymore so I'm playing on an older smaller screen. No matter what I do I can't get it to adjust so I can see everything on one screen. So for example my game screen below with a pawn selected looks like this below. That's the most information I've been able to get one one screen. My monitor's native resolution is 1024x768. Any ideas what I can do?
