Was Founder's Edition ever fixed on Switch?

I don't see it on the eShop anymore, nor in my Redownload List. So I was wondering if the bug ever got fixed concerning Switch Beta Testers not being able to purchase it directly and if that Edition got removed entirely now or is under a different name.
