Anyone having internet issues in south Salem?

Astound used to let us know when there's an outage, but our internet has been going out for 4-8 hours at a time 4 times in the last 2 days. I've been trying to get through to any actual customer service all day, but the best their automated system can do is schedule an appointment days from now.

Alternatively, is anyone using 5G home internet in the south end of town? Does it suck?
