Suggestions for Coordinator-level interview questions

Interviewing for an EHS (+Sustainability) Staff Associate position here - EHS Coordinator in more general terms. In higher ed, so an EHS generalist. Applicants have a wide variety of prior experience.

Just wondering if anyone has any ideas for interview questions that might not be obvious/generic! Have you gotten or used questions that got some insightful answers? I saw this was asked here about a year ago when I searched, and there were good ideas, but it's been a while and members change.

Not asking you to do the work for me, just crowd-sourcing ideas I might not be thinking of already. I appreciate the experience of this group, thanks so much!
