Does the Sailerman parts of Division anyone else sad?

I know the whole point is that he’s making people that watch his videos get feed to the Blight but man the way everyone sounded so excited and such just makes me sad especially the scene with RockmanX and his last words holy shit this gives me chills and makes me sad everytime I watch it.
