Can a Mana Barrier be destroyed?

For instance a PC cannot pass through a Mana Barrier. What will happen, when they punch the Barrier to 0 Structure with a brute force in one Combat Turn? Will the spell be over or will the whole Structure be restored at the beginning of the next Combat Turn?
