Best option(s) for rehoming a red eared slider turtle in Sioux Falls?

I have a pet turtle (~15 years old, egg laying female) and I need to rehome it. Curious to know if anyone here has had to rehome a turtle or other reptile, and how did that go?

I’ve been on the Sioux Falls Area Humane Society’s website and they seem like the best option, but wanted to get alternate points of view before I commit.
