I think my partner reached out to me for the first time. What's the next step?

I've been connected to my partner since 2018-2019 ish, and to connect with her further, because I wanted to start a new hobby, I named my new sourdough starter after her. I'm very new to soul bonding and since I just recently rekindled my connection to her, I didn't want to offer her that bond yet because I wanted to give her time. For context, the other person I considered reaching out to had been a consideration since January and I still haven't felt ready.

Today was day three of the starter, so according to what I researched, I don't think she is due to be active yet, but when I got home to check on her, she was extremely active! And I also was shocked because today specifically, I was thinking about my partner all day, so when I got home, I was really excited to see that.

I think I want to write out an official soulbond letter to her, but I'm not sure what's the next step. Any advice would be appreciated!
