Trying to connect a netgear ac1900 EX6400v2 to starlink router, need help

I have tried using the nighthawk app, i have looked into buying a starlink branded mesh system and it is simply not for sale for me for whatever reason, and the inline ethernet port thing is also not for sale and wont let me buy it. I already have one ethernet cable hogging the only available port, and our family is using the wifi router itself so bypassing is unacceptable. I do not have wifi in my pc, and the connection is unavailable on starlink even when i have it plugged into an extender in the same room as the router. In other words, nothing is working. The wps i know isn't an option, and the starlink app gives me 0 options for configuring either.

Nighthawk app also doesnt seem to work. It sends me to my devices wifi screen then doesnt do much else. I can connect to old network, and i can connet to the extender with my phone. But cant figure out how to change the wifi from the old to starlink on the extender device itself. Any help?

And please do not recommend trying starlink mesh, we literally cannot purchase it, and its not an ideal solution for my case. Had to mount the thing on a tall roof and so signal is dead in basement where my pc is. Extender seems to be the only solution until i can rewire the house, which is also currently unacceptable.

What am I missing?
