3.6: Year 220X rush

Let's assume that you are a warmongering empire (maybe genocidal, maybe not), and you have discovered a basic start AI neighbour in your first years. You can probably beat their starting navy without losses, but the starbase in year 220X is a serious obstacle.

What's the absolute minimum number of corvettes you need to build (adjusted for your military bonuses) to overcome the starbase? And what design should they have, under 3.6 revised armament math?

Basic starbase in year 2200 appears to have 10000HP, 1350 HP in shields, 5800 HP in armour, and equipped with 3 medium mass drivers. Oh, and it has no evasion, obviously. It seems that the best 3.6 design to counter it is 3 small laser, 3 armour corvettes, with a few mass-drivers added in (not sure on exact ratio, but somewhere under 20% of total guns - maybe 1 gun in 6, i.e. alternating equal parts between 3laser and 2laser/1m.driver corvettes, for ease of fleet composition). No idea how to calculate the minimum number of corvettes required, however.
