Getting refund back from student loans

Basically because of Biden’s student loan forgiveness plan you are allowed to request the payments you made to Federal student loans during the deferment back.

Has anyone been successful in requesting and receiving there money back on student loan payments? I requested my payments back in October and got approved in November by my new loan provider MOHELA and approved in December by my old loan provider FedLoan. (because my student loan provider transferred from FedLoan to MOHELA while I was making payments) I called last month and was told the money from MOHELA should show up any day and FedLoan should follow sometime after. The representative told me I would see it on my account long before I would receive it and it’s been awhile so I’m curious if anyone has had better luck then me?

I figured maybe because of the forgiveness being blocked by the courts and the case going to the Supreme Court that maybe it would delay or cancel this process but the representative at MOHELA said no.
