Promissory Note

Anyone know how to get a copy of your promissory note? Studentaid.gov doesn’t have it on file online and I’ve been told to contact Nelnet (previously had Great Lakes) which, newsflash, they haven’t responded.

I’m wondering if anyone, with older loans has been able to get their copy.
