RC settling all options for a near 10% ownership in EBAY with a market cap of \~$50B is now owned by GameStop.

Making GameStop’s \~$10B market cap 50% the GameStop Business and 50% the EBAY holdings.

Where have I heard 50% Cash and 50% equity before….need to check the website.
