Bye bye iHerb

Non-existent customer service at iHerb. All you get is a chatbot and it's impossible to get in contact with an actual human being. No email contact, no phone number to be found on their website.

I had a simple question- are those plastic packets inside the packaging recyclable- no answer to be found anywhere.

iHerb treat customers with contempt- hasta la vista, shady.
