Moving to Cali with MKV - do I need to revert mods?

Hey folks, I’m moving from Canada for California Bay Area and taking my 2023 Supra with me. I currently have on an MST intake and an Active Autowerks catted downpipe. Do I need to revert these mods before moving there?

From what I could find online in Cali, cars under 8 years old dont need to be smog checked but if I newly register a car do I need to have it smog checked or not?

Any other tips/advice for living in Cali Bay Area with my Supra?
