Real Life Fighter or Any Specific Module

I need a general rounds Real Life Fighter.

Am I better off running a mission that has 5% chance as a final reward? Or running a mission where it can drop from any mission monster?

I would think the chance to drop from any monster gives it more chances to drop, but probably at a lower percentage?
