Ticketmaster crashed for a bunch of people (including myself) going to see CLUE at the Crest theater in Downtown Sacramento

No one’s tickets were showing up on the TicketMaster app, instead displaying an error screen. This forced the theater to check every party one by one and print out physical tickets for them to scan, delaying the film by approx. 30 minutes. Wondering if anyone else has experienced this issue
